How it works
You do the first step. We do the rest.
- 1
Intake
A short conversation about your practice, your specialty, and the payers you need. We work out which applications apply to you and the order they should go in, and you get a plain list of what to send. Nothing to sign and nothing to pay to have that conversation.
- 2
Paperwork gathered
You send what the applications ask for — license, NPI details, DEA registration where it applies, malpractice coverage, education and work history. We assemble it into a complete file, tell you if anything is missing, and fill in the payer forms from it so you are not retyping the same information six times.
- 3
Submission to the payer
Each application is completed and submitted the way that payer accepts it — an online portal, an electronic file, or paper. We keep a copy of everything we sent, along with the date it went in and the confirmation, so any question later has an answer.
- 4
Follow up until approval
We check on the file, respond to payer questions, and resubmit anything that gets returned for correction. You hear from us with status updates rather than being left to log into a portal, and we tell you the moment a payer reaches a decision.
What we ask you for
- A copy of your license and, where applicable, your DEA registration
- Your NPI and any group or organizational NPIs
- Malpractice coverage details
- Education, training, and work history for the credentialing applications
- Where you want to practice and when you want to start
What we handle from there
- Completing each payer application in full
- Building and attesting your CAQH profile
- Submitting supporting documents the way each payer accepts them
- Tracking each file and answering payer questions as they come
- Telling you what is outstanding instead of leaving you to check
About timelines
We can promise the work, not the payer’s calendar.
Each payer sets its own review time, and some take considerably longer than others. What we control is that your file is complete, submitted correctly, and followed up on — and that you are told where it stands.
Starting from scratch?
- 01You send a note or call.
- 02We reply with a short list of what to gather and which applications apply to you.
- 03You decide whether you want us to take it from there.
