Meet the Credentialing Expert Behind Secure Signings, LLC

Experienced. Knowledgeable. Committed to Your Practice’s Success.

Who you will be working with

With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, specializing in Healthcare Administration, and hands-on experience managing medical staff services, I bring a strong combination of healthcare administration, provider credentialing, regulatory compliance, and leadership expertise to Secure Signings, LLC.

As a Medical Staff Manager at Harlingen Medical Center, I oversee medical staff credentialing and privileging processes, provider onboarding, reappointments, compliance tracking, and medical staff documentation. My experience includes implementing and optimizing credentialing systems, streamlining workflows, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and support accurate, timely processing.

I understand the challenges healthcare providers and practice managers face when navigating complex credentialing requirements, payer enrollment, and ongoing compliance responsibilities. My goal is to simplify these processes so healthcare professionals can focus on delivering quality patient care while their administrative needs are handled with professionalism and attention to detail.

Through Secure Signings, LLC, I provide credentialing and enrollment support to physicians and healthcare practices throughout Texas, including:

  • Provider Credentialing & Recredentialing: Support with initial applications, renewals, and credentialing documentation.

What Secure Signings is

A credentialing and insurance enrollment service for healthcare providers. We prepare and submit applications on a provider’s behalf and manage the follow-up that comes after.

What Secure Signings is not

  • A medical billing or revenue cycle company
  • An insurance broker or a payer
  • A source of legal, tax, or insurance advice
  • A guarantor of any payer’s decision or timeline

Working together

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

The first call is short. We ask what you practice, where, and which payers matter to you, and we tell you which applications that implies. If it turns out you can handle it yourself, we will tell you that too.
